"I vote for Creperie at 135 Ludlow Street (between Rivington and Stanton Street) in NYC. I went there this past weekend, and I had the most delicious crepes ever! The food was not only good, but flavorful and had a nice balance of flavor (with no one ingredient overpowering the other). The lady who served me was nice, and since I was there on a special occasion, she made it special for me. Individual attention and great food. What more can I say? I wish Creperie was in Zagat."
